Our setups are designed for babies and children aged roughly 0–5 years. Bigger children are welcome to gently join in — but the equipment is optimised for little ones.
Standard hire is for a full day (around 4–6 hours of use). Extended hours and multi-day hire can be arranged on request.
Yes — delivery, full setup and collection are all included in every package. We'll take care of everything so you can focus on enjoying the day.
Spotless. Every item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and inspected after every event. Hygiene and safety are our top priorities, especially for the smallest guests.
Yes, we hold full public liability insurance - documentation is available on request. Many venues will ask for this and we'll happily send it across.
Yes — but only on a clean, dry, flat surface and with shelter (a marquee, gazebo or covered area). We can't set up directly on grass or in wet weather to keep the equipment safe.
Absolutely! We love creating bespoke setups. Tell us your theme, colours and ideas and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life — including personalised ball pits and themed decorations.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons (spring/summer). 4–8 weeks ahead is ideal, but always ask — last-minute slots do come up.
A small deposit secures your date. Full cancellation terms will be sent with your booking confirmation. Please get in touch if you'd like the details before you book.

We accept bank transfer. A small deposit secures your date and the balance is due before your event. We'll send full payment details with your booking confirmation. We do not accept credit cards.
